We conduct Strict In-House Quality Checking of each products We have engaged a team of expert Quality Checker just to ensure NO Manufacture Defect, if any. Also, we give you maximum description of the product including size , Fabric etc.

In very rare case that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a camera clicked photos of the same product from all possible angles. You must email us at  sales@gilkart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We would request you to send us mail for any return request on :-  sales@gilkart.com with the details such as Order Code , Reason for returning the product , Photo of the Defected product which you intend to deliver back to us :-

Our quality checking team will check the Authenticity of the defect.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange in terms of coupon code which can be redeemed for the purchase on our website only .If you do not want to place the order we shall provide you the refund for the defective order amount.

All returns are subject to verification by our management team of  www.gilkart.com

Our Customers can cancel the Orders if it is taking too much delay from the manufacturer in pre booking Zone.

Thumb Rule for Online Shopping:

• While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors or Screens
• A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
• It is but obvious that Images are graphically enhanced for representative purpose and are glossy whereas Clothes are of Matte Finish.

• Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai, India.
• Your Order will be confirmed after we receive the Payment and also the product availability status will be checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT, there are chances, EVEN AFTER payment the product MAY NOT be available, we provide Easy Refund or Adjustment if that Case Occurs.
